The Concert Committee is responsible for bringing your favorite musical acts to campus. Ranging from small bands to large headliner acts, this committee has a variety of opportunities and chances to bring the best of live music to WMU. This committee works to narrow down artist choices, decide on venues, and gather volunteers to work the day of the event. Interested? Talk to our Big Show Coordinator during committee time at the next CAB meeting!

Since WMU has such a diverse community of students, CAB has a committee to specifically showcase this. The Cultural Events Committee focuses on events highlighting different cultures right here on campus! Slam poetry, break dancing competitions and the annual International Festival are just some of the events we bring to campus to display the variety of cultures on campus.

The Comedy Committee is responsible for bringing comedians to campus and bringing the gift of laughter for an affordable price. Anyone who is a fan of any type of comedy will be interested in joining this committee. To get involved, come to our weekly meetings and talk to the Big Show Coordinator if you have a comedian in mind!

The Miller Movie Committee is in charge of planning movie nights hosted on Campus! The Committee works hard to pick movies and present them in professional settings. During the event, the committee helps to prepare Miller for the big night; setting up tabling, helping to scoop popcorn, and greeting students at the door. Committee members are expected to help out before and after the event. Join the Miller Movie Team today!

In this committee, cabbies get to exercise their creativity by improving on and sprucing up annual events, as well as coming up with new fun ideas for events and all of the logistics pertaining to them. This includes but is not limited to, promo items, tabling, menu choices, stations and items at events, and layout and day of scheduling.
